Return of goods

After the order is delivered, the consumer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 days. The right of return does not extend to legal entities. For the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer is a private individual.

Products to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. To return the goods, a return application must be submitted to the e-mail address info@jumek.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer will be contacted and the return of the goods will be coordinated as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

The customer will be reimbursed for the returned goods after the goods have been inspected, but no later than within 14 days. Transportation costs are not refundable.

The costs associated with returning the goods will be reimbursed by the buyer, unless the wrong or defective product was delivered. In such cases, the return costs will be borne by the seller.

Purchased goods are not eligible for return if the goods are made specifically for the customer on a special order.

Claims

There is a 2-year claim period for goods purchased from the online store. AS Jumek is liable for non-conformity and defects of the goods if the non-conformity existed at the time the goods were delivered to the buyer.

Any non-conformity or deficiencies discovered must be reported at the first
if possible, but no later than two months from the discovery of the non-conformity or defect of the product. All claims will be reviewed and the customer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days from the receipt of the claim.

  • The deadline for submitting a complaint begins to apply from the date the product is delivered to the Customer.
  • To file a claim, you must submit an application to info@jumek.ee . The letter must include the product name, customer phone number, order number, and a description of the damage with pictures.
  • All complaints will be responded to within 10 days at the latest.
  • If the product is defective and can be repaired, Jumek AS will send replacement parts or organize the repair. If the product cannot be repaired, Jumek AS will organize the replacement of the defective product at its own expense.
  • Jumek AS is not responsible for defects in goods that have arisen due to improper or inappropriate installation, use and/or maintenance of the product.
  • Jumek AS is not responsible for product defects caused by accidental or intentional use of the product.

  • If the defects in the product are due to the customer's fault, the right to file a complaint does not extend to the product. In this case, a price quote will be prepared for the customer to repair or replace the product.

Dispute resolution

Jumek AS is liable to the client and the client is liable to Jumek AS for any damage caused to the other party by a breach of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

Force majeure

Jumek AS is not liable for any damages caused to the customer or any delay in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in the delivery of goods is due to circumstances that Jumek AS could not influence or foresee.
