The owner of the online store jumek.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is JUMEK AS (registration code 10299448), with the address Komsi village, 68229 Otepää parish, Valga County.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the jumek.ee Online Store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

The online store reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the jumek.ee website. Any changes will not be applied retroactively.

Information about the goods, including the price, is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros and include VAT. A fee for delivering the goods is added to the price if the appropriate delivery method has been selected. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

You can also pick up the goods yourself at either the Puka or Kääpa factory. In this case, there is no additional delivery fee.

Order processing

To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. Make sure that the contents of the shopping cart are correct. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields, select the appropriate delivery method for the products, and confirm the terms (“Terms of Sale”, “Privacy Policy”). The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid according to the selected payment method. Payments are accepted in euros.

Payment

Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment of the selected bank. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details.

The invoice will be confirmed and sent to the email address you registered. The customer pays 100% in advance for purchases made in the online environment. The contract enters into force and delivery times apply from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store's bank account.

If you would like to pay for the goods by bank transfer based on an invoice, please contact us by e-mail info@jumek.ee . We will send you an advance payment invoice.

We also ask that you contact us by email, If you wish to pay 50% of the cost of the goods when ordering and 50% before the goods are delivered. We will send you a corresponding invoice.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is indicated in the online store in the description of each product separately. The delivery time is between 2-3 weeks. If you have ordered products with different delivery times in one order, the delivery time of the order is calculated according to the product with the longest delivery time. If you want to receive a product with a shorter delivery time earlier, you must place separate orders.

If the Customer's order cannot be fulfilled within the allowed deadline, the seller will contact the customer and offer a possible new delivery date. If the new deadline is not suitable, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and the amount paid will be returned to the customer within 3 business days at the latest.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 3 working days of sending the notification.

The Online Store is not responsible for any delay in delivery if the delay is due to circumstances that the Online Store could not influence or foresee.
